Dog-friendly hotel with upgrade and special amenities for pets. Pet-friendly tables in the restaurant for dining with your pet. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location on the Mosel River. Well-maintained grounds. Spacious and comfortable room. Large soaker tub in the room
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The environment was fabulous. Mosel riesling wines are priceless!
Our room was on the roof of the "villa" and had only a very small window.

the location is excellent and the parking is great. Underneath the hotel and spacious with enough parking spots.
The bathroom was small and old fashioned. We had the junior suite but I find the room not up to the modern 4-star standards.

The view from our modern room was amazing, with a perfect sight of the river and the astonishing Christmas markets. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options and delicious products. Moreover, the hotel had a great location, very close to the train station and the tourist information center, which made our day trips very easy to plan.
Sadly, some staff members were not very helpful or welcoming, which left a bad impression. The hotel could also improve their information about day trips to nearby attractions, as we had to find out by ourselves. Finally, the location of our room was not the best, as we had to walk a bit and face the cold to get there.

We went for Christmas. Though under renovation the facilities suited us, the room in the renovated Villa was excellent, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We intend to return, but when the vines are green!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were on a leisure break rather than a business trip. The restaurant had excellent views of the river and the food and wine were absolutely delicious. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Moselle river. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, and spa services. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food options and was a true feast. We also appreciated the free upgrade we received upon arrival and the special treats provided for our dog. the experience was top-notch, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel location is great, as it is right in the centre of the town and very convenient for visiting the Christmas market. It is also situated on a river, which adds to the lovely views. the breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of offerings. the staff were friendly and professional.
The room lacked some necessary amenities and lighting; for instance, some lamps did not work, and the roof window over the bed couldn't be darkened, making it difficult to sleep.

Location, location, location. You are in the heart of the beautiful sceneryright on the river and a castle ruin dominating the mountain top.
Was not impressed by the quality of the restaurant given the price. Elsewhere in town you get more value for your money.

We recently had a romantic escape to a stunning hotel, which was perfectly located for exploring the gorgeous wine region. the luxurious room was well-appointed and spacious, complete with a beautiful garden view. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh and tasty options. the hotel's staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The lack of sound insulation between rooms. Unfortunately, we could hear our neighbors talking and snoring.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Its location in the city centre was great to explore the Christmas market and the surroundings, and the view from my balcony was just amazing. The breakfast was a feast, with plenty of fresh products to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Convenient parking was also available on the street.
Absolutely nothing.
